Right Matters. Career decisions, handled properly.
Careers Coaching & Mentoring
Structured, recruiter-led career coaching and mentoring for professionals navigating career transition, leadership change, or the next stage of working life.
This includes senior leaders and C-level professionals reassessing direction, professionals facing redundancy or organisational change, and individuals at earlier career stages seeking clarity and momentum.
Support may be self-funded or employer-funded, including during redundancy or organisational change.
The Challenge
Career change can be challenging at any stage, but it is often most complex for experienced professionals and leaders.
Senior roles carry identity, responsibility, and reputation. When change comes through redundancy, restructuring, or a desire to move on after many years, the question is rarely “Can I do the job?”
It is “What next, and how do I position this properly?”
At the same time, earlier-career professionals face a different challenge: entering a crowded, AI-shaped job market without clarity or guidance.
In both cases, progress often stalls not because of capability, but because perspective and structured mentoring are missing.
At these points, people often need more than advice.
They need perspective, structure and experienced mentoring to move forward with intent rather than drift.
This support is often sought by parents, partners, or individuals themselves who recognise potential but want clear, professional guidance.
- Common challenges include:
- Not knowing where to start or what options are realistic
- Loss of confidence after change or disruption
- Difficulty articulating experience and value
- Uncertainty about how skills translate to new roles or sectors
- Feeling stuck, despite being capable and experienced
